The Friday Five, from fridayfive.org.

1. What's the last vivid dream that you remember having?
The last dream I remember having was about Alex getting in a car accident. They wanted to amputate both his arms, but they only took his right one. I remember being grateful he could still hug me. Jared was with him, but I don't remember him saying anything or doing anything. My mom was trimming my nails (why I don't know), and she accidentally cut off the little finger on both my hands. There was no scar, no blood... just smooth skin, as if I'd never had fingers there in the first place. Alex had a fit, and he insisted that we have them stitched back on. So we put them in a glass of Efferdent and took them and me to the hospital. The last thing I remember was looking at my fingers, floating in the glass, bloated and flaking. Disgusting, no?

2. Do you have any recurring dreams?
I've had a few... lately, just one where I am asleep, and I wake up, and there is a shadow standing at the foot of my bed, leaning its fists on the mattress, and staring at me. It's bizarre... I can't remember if I was dreaming when I really wake up, or if I really even am awake. Disconcerting, no?

3. What's the scariest nightmare you've ever had?
I think the scariest dream I've ever had was the one when Jeff Whitlock and I were driving down the road, and there was an enormous car accident. The cars had formed some sort of... almost like a bowl. And there were a ton of people in it, boiling in this cauldron of cars, melting like a bunch of Barbie dolls in an oven. There was a lot more, but I won't talk anymore. Disturbing, no?

4. Have you ever written your dreams down or considered it? Why or why not?
I started a dream journal about a month ago, and abruptly stopped dreaming. Disappointing, no?

5. Have you ever had a lucid dream? What did you do in it?
The only lucid dream I remember at the moment was the only dream I've ever had that I flew in. Up over rooftops, over trees, over Tiffany's and Jory's houses. Delicious, no?

And now I'm going to rehearsal.
